Accessibility statement

The website has been designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA in mind, but it has not yet undergone a complete independent accessibility assessment. We therefore describe its current status as not yet fully assessed and do not claim full conformance.

Features confirmed in the current website include:

• a skip link and semantic header, navigation, main and footer landmarks;
• keyboard-operable navigation, buttons, links, form controls, cookie controls and FAQ accordions;
• visible focus indicators on primary interactive controls;
• one clear page heading followed by structured section headings;
• programmatic form labels, required-field identification and live status or error messages;
• alternative text for informative images and hidden treatment for decorative imagery where implemented;
• responsive layouts intended to reflow on smaller screens; and
• a cookie-preferences dialogue that moves focus into the dialogue, contains keyboard focus and restores focus when closed.

The review found the following limitations:

• Form validation: server-side errors are announced in a summary message but are not linked to individual fields. This can make some corrections harder for screen-reader users. Review individual field errors and focus handling as part of the next form-accessibility improvement. You can email or telephone us instead.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: when the security check is enabled, it depends on a third-party widget and JavaScript. If it prevents you sending the form, use the email address or telephone number below.
• Assessment coverage: automated checks and targeted keyboard, zoom and responsive checks, when completed, cannot establish compatibility with every assistive technology. A broader assessment, including representative screen-reader testing, remains to be completed.

This statement was prepared following a developer review of representative templates and components, inspection of semantic structure and accessible names, responsive-reflow checks at 390 pixels wide, and a targeted check of the cookie dialogue’s focus behaviour. The project’s axe accessibility suite was reviewed but was not independently run against this preview. This is not an independent accessibility certification.
